Arc Paint offers expandable and flexible capacities in each category of golf club refurbishing, finishing, painting, and assembly. 

We offer the following services for the Golf Industry:

• Welding of Titanium, Magnesium, and  Stainless Steel driver and fairway wood heads (Crown plate, face plate, and sole plate types)
• Weld repair of porosity in metal surface
• Grinding, belting, and high polish finishing of metal woods, irons, and putters.
• Weight removal to exact gram weight desired.
• De-shafting and hosel reaming.
• Stripping, sandblasting, glass bead blasting.
• Masking designs and installation.
• Negative repairs.
• Two, three, four, and five coat paint applications (Customer specs).
• Color sanding, de-masking, razor cutting.
• High speed buffing and polishing of painted pieces.
• Fill painting of logo and graphics.
• Oven curing of all paint processes.
• Rat glue installation (Customer preference).
• Quality control inspection of each individual part.
• Shaft bending, trimming, (Tip & Butt) and ferruling.
• Shaft assembly and laser aligned grip installation
• Label installation, bagging, and/or boxing.
